Care Instructions
We want you to love your garments as much as us, and keep them for a long time! Wool is a hardwearing, versatile fibre (that’s why we love it so much!) if you look after it carefully it will last you a lifetime! We recommend hand washing all your woolen garments, in luke-warm water, using a wool detergent. Don’t rub or agitate too much else you’ll felt it!

Gently squeeze out excess water, and rinse in slightly warm water. Dry flat (so it doesn’t stretch) in a warm place (not on direct heat like a radiator or heater!) Make sure the garment is fully dry before storing away to avoid damp!

Store garments flat (if you put them on a hanger they will stretch out of shape!) Due to the quality of raw materials used, wool naturally pills. It is perfectly normal, should you begin to see small pills forming, ensure the garment is dry, and hand pick off the small lumps!

All payments are through PayPal; this enables us to offer you a secure and quick transaction process. You do not need to have a PayPal account to do this, you can enter your card details and your payment will be securely processed. Exchanges and Returns
We want you to love your new purchase! Please check your order carefully upon delivery. Due to the handmade nature of items, there may be small variations from the product show on the webpage. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we accept exchanges and returns up to 14 days from receipt just drop us an email with your order number.

If you are exchanging an item over £50, we recommend using a tracking enabled postal service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse or refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable inside/outside of the EU.

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, we will refund you the full retail price. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and unworn. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days. Please be patient waiting for your refund, the process can take up to 14 days. If after this time you still have not received your refund, please contact us at zoe@flockknitwear.co.uk

Sale or discounted items are final, and exempt from the usual returns policy, unless faulty.
